Rosie Rogers co-founded reallymoving.com in 1999 when comparison sites were in their infancy and has grown the business to become the UK’s leading generator of quotes for conveyancing, surveys and removals. In 2017 she worked on the acquisition of TheLawSuperstore; a comparison site for over 140 legal services, and now oversees the growth of both websites. Prior to launching the website, Rosie’s background was in PR, having established two successful consultancies specialising in both the arts and digital industries. When not at work, Rosie has two boisterous sons. She is a keen cellist and lets off steam by jogging or climbing the nearest hills on her road bike. Rhonda Treacy-Hales Rhonda Treacy-Hales in Former Director of a national risk and compliance consultancy, Rhonda has extensive experience in working with law firms of all sizes in a variety of areas including, implementing regulatory systems and accreditations such as Lexcel and CQS. Drawing upon her 12 year career in the legal industry, she has assisted firms with growth plans and refining their own business development strategies. He now runs his own Property & Estate Agency Consultancy acting for friends, past clients and newly recommended clients and provides training, mentoring and advice to Estate Agency Firms on how to run their business more successfully. Mark has been a member of the NAEA Propertymark for 37 years and in the past has taken on the role of Chairman and President of the Birmingham Branch. Mark became Regional Executive for the Midlands and joined the NAEA Board in July 2015. In June 2016 Mark was voted onto the main Propertymark Board and into the role of Vice President. Mark has been in Estate Agency for 42 years and before his year as President of NAEA Propertymark he was a director of Paul Carr Estate Agents for 22 years, a company that had become the largest independent Estate Agency in the West Midlands. Mark created and ran the companies Exclusive and Rural Homes Department selling upmarket homes in Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and Walsall and rural homes including cottages, farmhouses, barn conversions, equestrian properties, halls etc in Staffordshire and North Warwickshire. Mark has been married to Joanne for over 30 years and has three children in their twenties, Sam, Jack & Emily. With over 22 years’ experience in the estate agency industry as an agent and training & development consultant, she specialises in training all aspects of Estate Agency Sales, Lettings & Property Management. Stephen Ward Stephen Ward in Stephen has responsibility for the Council for Licensed Conveyancer’s media, government relations and communications with the regulated community as well as licensing and complaints handling. Stephen has a background in the civil service and political campaigning as well as business strategy in the private sector and was Director of Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility at the Law Society where he tripled media coverage of the organisation Karen Babington Karen Babington in Karen has over 20 years’ experience in the legal, property and mortgage market. Starting her career at Birmingham Midshires she has since worked in a number of senior management positions which include three leading Conveyancing Panel Management companies. In 2000 Karen co-founded legal panel management firm Easier2Move before selling to myhomemove in 2010 when she took up the role of Corporate Sales Director. She founded her own consultancy in 2012 providing sales and marketing advice for legal firms across a range of channels including lender, estate agency, financial services and direct to consumer. Karen jointly manages leading trade publication Today’s Conveyancer, Lawyer Checker and Solve Legal Marketing alongside Chris Harris. She also supports Women in Residential Property. Katrina Bevan Katrina Bevan in Katrina has more than 20 years legal sector experience from being in practice to working with major legal sector suppliers. She started with a high-volume property business where 11 years were spent as Senior Operations Manager. Part of this role was to ensure a constant review of processes and procedures to deliver a smooth and efficient service and meeting all SLA’s. Her career then took her to Head of Customer Operations for a well-known legal IT supplier with responsibility for sales, customer service, training team of lawyers and project delivery. Katrina took a very practical approach and personally implemented, trained and continued to support over 120 law firms. Katrina is now a Director of Verdigris Consulting. We deliver project services spanning IT and operations strategy, new system selection and many other types of business development projects. Andrew Stenning Andrew Stenning in Andrew started his career in estate agency, where he successfully managed his own branch for 4 years. He took a slight change of path, whilst still working within the conveyancing industry, by becoming marketing manager followed by practice manager at a legal practice in Sussex specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing. With his knowledge and understanding of both sides of the conveyancing industry, Andrew decided to leave the legal practice and invested his time and energy in setting up his own search company which he ran successfully for over 10 years before moving to a completely new area of business. Andrew is now involved in Clearline Recruitment which specialises in recruiting highly skilled candidates for companies of all sizes, Next Step Apprenticeships which is an apprenticeship training provider and Bluebook Partners which is a boutique recruitment firm operating across the UK and Europe, finding the best talent within the construction and automotive sectors. Richard Mathias Richard Mathias in Richard Mathias has been Sales director at Law Firm Services since 2003 and prior to that had 10 years working as practice manager for law firms in West Yorkshire. Away from work Richard has two teenage sons to keep him busy and for their sins, they are all avid supporters of Leeds United and Yorkshire Cricket.
